For those of us waking to cool mornings and brisk nights, let’s gather together and celebrate the changing seasons. Lucy and I are reading beneath blankets, and I’m sipping on a cup of tea. How are you enjoying fall today?
Those plates. And hand pies. Yes please! And thank you!
I feel very un-fall like today in comparison with all these pictures!
Having a hurried lunch after a failed experiment this morning. Recharging batteries to repeat it this afternoon.
not really enjoying Fall at the present time, but that too shall pass 😉
So sorry about the failed experiment Sally! Failure leads to greatness though!
I think I need those West Elm plates. Love them!
I’ll always love flowers in hair, it;s so feminine and beautiful.
I agree Marta! I’m planning a 6 month photo shoot that involves floral crowns for baby AND mama.
Those plates from West Elm!!! Love. I’m moving in a few months so I think it’s time I start saving for a West Elm trip 🙂
I am so with you on this lovely post — flashes of inspiration and moments that connect us with a sense of purpose and desire. A wakefulness for life. I’ve been having so much fun similarly sprucing up my fall and holidays pins… simple pleasures that fill my day with joy – xo.
I want those plates too and I love how feminine flowers in the hair look! Glad you are enjoying this fall day 🙂
Oh my, those plates! haha I want them! But I’m trying to be good and not buy any more holiday decorations : ) I’ve been sipping on some hot tea, am bundled up in a cozy sweatshirt and have on my slippers in our chilly house. And I couldn’t be happier – love this time of the year!
Love West Elm!
Love it all! The pups are jumping in the piles of leaves we left on the side of the house over the weekend. Soon enough they will be raked and brought to the compost site but seeing them play makes me so happy. I’m also enjoying today’s sun and warmer temps (40) before the big chill and snow. Cozying with a blanket (or Greg) on the couch, tea in hand, has been wonderful as well.
Love those hand pies, actually everything. It’s very cold and very very windy here in the windy city area today, so I’m inside keeping warm!
Gosh, such good stuff. Loads of pretty pictures – and they all scream fall to me! Thanks.
I LOVE those plates from West Elm!
I saw those plates at West Elm last weekend and definitely swooned over them!
Loving everything Monet. Especially the table setting. Speaking of tea, hop on over to my blog. I’m hosting a giveaway of Stash Tea, Mulling Spice, and a beautiful Woodgrain mug. What is Lucy’s favorite story these days?
LOVE those plates– so cute!! We’ve been bundled up under blankets over here, too– love this time of year. 🙂
I love those flowers. Great picks. This is the time for tea and pursuing fun things online.
This is so great!! Love this post.. wonderful pictures too!! Enjoying the season 🙂
that flower and hair is soo gorgeous. I am enjoying Fall mostly on the weekends because I am always working 🙁
Gorgeous shots. Fall is definitely my favourite holiday, mostly because the warm treats taste extra nice when it’s slightly chilly outside. 🙂
The plates and the hand pies! Yes please! I know what I am adding to my holiday wish list.
Here in north Florida we are finally feeling the cool crisp air….I absolutely love this time of year. The season provides me with a greater ned to nest.
The photos you shared are warm and cozy.
Take care.

How have I never been to your blog before?? Loving it! Your sweet little family is so precious (love the name Lucille)! And this post is beautiful! Everything is so lovely. 🙂
Thanks for sharing all these lovely photos. Hand pies, cute plates… I love everything. I’ve definitely been enjoying fall and the the cooler mornings… which lull me back to sleep. 🙂
Lovely photos, Monet. And that last cute family photo is totally adorable!!
